Our Story:

Full Moon Resort operates a catering facility capable of producing thousands of meals per week. In 2023 we formed a non-profit organization with the intention of leveraging our food preparation capabilities to reduce food insecurity and to provide food to hungry people and underserved communities.

Our Mission:

 
Affiliate with government agencies, food pantries, food banks, shelters, etc to supply wholesome, nutritious meals to hungry people and underserved communities. Further, to help reduce food insecurity through sustainable, high volume, year round meal production with operating costs (food cost, supplies, labor, utilities, etc) offset by revenue generated from sales to organizations/agencies in addition to grants, donations.
